Once you reach out to us with your custom order specifications, we will work with you to go over all the details of the piece. Please email us at info@pointnopointstudio.com along with any additional ideas, styles, gold type, and budget. If you have found a stone in our loose stone inventory please let us know what caught your eye!

We will be able to provide pricing once we have the details of the setting (engagement ring style), gold type, and exact stone choice.

We can make your custom ring with or without a mockup (otherwise known as a CAD render). If you choose to have a CAD render made for your design prior to paying for the ring in full, we require that you purchase a $1200 custom design deposit here. The CAD design deposit of $1200 gets applied toward the final price of your piece should you choose to move forward with the design. The CAD renders take about 7-14 business days given the size of our queue at any given time - We send the CAD renders to you and if you decide that you like what you see and you would like to move forward, we ask that you pay for the full price of the piece.  The $1200 design deposit allows for a few minimal tweaks/feedback on the design - anything more than that, or a change in design direction, will result in additional fees. The CAD renders look like this and are a computer generated image of the ring and show the correct measurements and proportions of the ring.

If you have approved the CAD renders (or if you have chosen to not see a CAD render) and you have landed on a design that you want to go ahead with, we will create a custom link for you that will include a written spec outline of the piece to be created and will be for the full price of the piece. The listing must be purchased within 24 hours.Upon checkout, you will have the option to either pay by credit card, or a payment plan via PayPal. There will also be the option to purchase a 3 year or Lifetime Care Plan for your piece. 

We will start working on the piece for you once you have made the full payment for the custom listing. Your payment also reserves the loose stone so that no other customers can purchase it. We do not accept deposits and/or reserve any stones without payment. We accept credit & debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Echeck, and Apple Pay.

Once you have made your payment, it will take us 8 weeks (on average) to make a custom piece depending on the difficulty of the piece. Please contact us to begin the process.
